DCSA is looking for a REC DIRECTOR or CO-DIRECTORS for the Spring '24 season.
MUST complete FREE online training and background check in order to be an adult participant; this person is a DCSA Board Member during the season of participation.  Attends (or coordinates appropriate alternate) all Rec practices, games, and events, ensuring equipment is available and set-up for teams.  Coordinates schedules, coaches, and teams with assistance from DCSA Board.  Utilizes provided tools for communication to all parents and coaches.  Assists Rec Coaches to provide back-up for absences.  Assists with coordination and support for fundraisers, pictures, and social media posts. 
This position is eligible for nominal monetary compensation including a per player bonus.

REC TEAM COACH / Assistant Coach - MUST complete FREE online training and background check in order to be an adult participant; work with Rec Director(s) to schedule practices and games; utilize provided tools to plan and carry out rec practices and games based on team age and size; communicate with players and parents about schedules, fundraisers, pictures, and other events

TEAM PARENT - organize and coordinate efforts among player parents to have a healthy snack and drink provided for all team members after every game; assist coaches in collecting/distributing information for the team when needed.

FIELD MAINTENANCE - volunteer your time periodically to help our Field Manager with mowing, striping, and checking field conditions.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE - volunteer for a season or for an event to coordinate with vendors and/or assist coaching staff and other DCSA Board personnel with collection and distribution for fundraiser orders and payments.

SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE - volunteer your time and people skills to distribute Sponsorship requests and bring in funds to support our current teams, events, and future players too.

EVENT COMMITTEE - volunteer your time and skills to fill any number of spots for various events throughout the season: raffle sales, event greeter, set-up, clean-up, food, decorations, and others...all depending on the specific event.
