If you are registered for the Select Season (includes Fall through Spring) and decide not to play for the Spring portion of the season, you must complete the MVYSA Voluntary Quit Form and return it to DCSA Board for several reasons:

1. This is how we stop applicable payments or issue a partial refund.
   Note: Form submission deadline is Dec 1st for the current season.
2. This is how the organization can make the spot available for a supplemental player to be added.
3. This is how your card can be made available if you are choosing to play for another carded team.
